CANCELLATION & REFUND
Once we receive your order, our team strives to process and ship it as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at the earliest. Please note, cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging with the tag intact. It must also be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of a fault on our end, as all orders are custom-made.
