Returns & Refunds Policy

At RARE ARTISTRY, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at therareartistry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
