Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At RARE ARTISTRY, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. 

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of order delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• To request a return, email us at therareartistry@gmail.com with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear images (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side (wrong item sent or defective product).

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange service under the following conditions:

• An exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• The item must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact.

• Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement delivery. The customer will pay the exchange delivery fee of PKR 399-449 directly to the rider upon receiving the replacement item.

• This exchange service is offered only once per order.

• After the one-time exchange, any further exchanges will follow our standard policy, subject to product availability and customer-paid shipping both ways.

The following conditions apply if you've missed the one-time exchange service:

• • The customer must ship the originally ordered item back to us at their own expense.
  • Once received and inspected, the new replacement item will be shipped, and delivery charges for the new shipment will also be paid by the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
• In such cases, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, and no shipping charges will apply.
